Kickstarting a transformation? Have the Comms team been engaged?

Transformations generally impact all colleagues in organisations, yet comms (and HR for that matter) aren’t always part of the conversations on how people will be taken on The Big Change Journey. 

Our three key recommendations to comms professionals to handle this is to: 

1. Become engaged and do a risk assessment with HR and the programme lead on the change and its impact on the people. 

2. Host a workshop on the importance of comms to educate responsible stakeholders. 

3. Lobby for budget and resources for comms to mitigate risks!
