✅Company culture comes first

So here’s what we recommend:

➡️️Leadership visibly and regularly champion change. Without this, change and new ways of working will be impossible to achieve.

➡️Share the roadmap. Without the direction of travel, people will feel lost and become disengaged.

➡️Be transparent in your updates and promote a culture of feedback. Without this, there’s no trust and therefore no engagement. 

Get these right and your people will get behind you and the change.
