โก๏ธChange your language. Replace scary words like โchangeโ with โgrowthโ or โevolutionโ. Instead of saying โweโre undergoing process changesโ, tell them โweโre improving the way we do thingsโ.
โก๏ธEncourage a growth mindset. Tell them that mistakes are ok and are learning opportunities rather than failures.
