Super happy about upskilling comms professionals so they can play a pivotal part in supporting transformations through successful storytelling.
In this iteration of delivering the course, I took attendees back to the Agile Manifesto to revisit what Agile is all about. Itโs NOT about frameworks!
Key thing I noticed is how Agile Ways of Working is more enterprise-wide. And itโs great to see Agile maturity develop among internal communicators in the 2 years I’ve been teaching this course.
Who said Agile is DEAD? โ ๏ธ
