No surprise, AI was a big theme.

But it wasn’t just about tech. It was about people, purpose and how leaders show up to communicate, connect and lead with empathy and trust in a world where tech can now do so much.

Here are a few of my top takeaways:

✅ AI can’t create purpose. It can take care of repetitive tasks, but it’s up to leaders to connect people to the purpose to drive performance. To do this successfully, impactful communication is more critical than ever.

✅ Culture still eats 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 for breakfast. The impact of AI depends entirely on your culture – it can either empower or undermine your people.

✅ 𝐀𝐈 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐲. From ideation to implementation, and everything in between. It might even tell you if your standups have been successful using face and voice recognition! 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐀𝐈.
