🚀 I felt like an absolute rockstar! 🚀

Not just because I had the honour of opening the Institute of Internal Communication‘s Change Communications Conference last week (sponsored by Silicon Reef), which was VERY nerve wracking 😳….

📌 𝐀𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 for internal communicators. Not a nice-to-have, a must-have.

📌 Agility is an 𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥, not just for the day job.

– Adopt the 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭 for constant change
– Apply 𝐀𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 to bring real agility into your day-to-day work
– Use 𝐀𝐈 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥, not a threat.
