🌟2023 highlights:
✅Running my first workshop at @IOIC Festival… a live group Kanban for communications planning! It left me buzzing off the experience and feedback for weeks!
✅Hearing the legendary Jim Highsmith, Co-author of the Agile Manifesto and original Agile Storyteller talk about exponential change, Agility and going back to basics. This has inspired my focus for 2024.
And my two key reflections.
🥇The joy of reconnecting with old colleagues (after a few strange Covid years) to feel part of a wider community.
