Had a really great day presenting Agile Comms Planning LIVE to comms professionals at the Institute of Internal Communications festival last week!

Our first ‘in-person’ session! 🙂

👍So many great comments afterwards! Attendees loved the idea of doing a Kanban for comms outputs and using it for prioritisation, they also loved doing comms MVPs.
